THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between:
Complete Comfort Heating, Plumbing & Air, office address 1729 US HWY 31, Suite G Greenwood, IN 46143 (“Company”) and the signing customer (“Client”).
Scope of Terms and Conditions:
The company shall work on specified system, components, as agreed upon by above client in a workman like manner.
During the term of agreement, the client agrees to not hold the company responsible for the discovery of secondary causes including but not limited to faulty electrical systems, prior improper piping practices, deteriorating piping conditions.
Client Personal Property Protection:
Due to the nature of this business, the Company cannot be held responsible for incidental damages to the Clients property. The Company will be as cautious as possible; however, it is the responsibility of the Client to provide either removal or protection to personal property both interior and exterior of the residence. This includes but is not limited to any all surfaces both interior and exterior (flowers, grass, shrubs, landscaping, driveway, furniture, appliances, carpet, concrete, wood, doors, glass, walls, floors, drywall, wallpaper, trim, etc.).
Warranty & Limitation:
The Company shall provide the Client with a limited warranty on specified services performed on the date of completion against defects in the quality of workmanship and or materials. The term of the warranty period shall be disclosed in the original estimate of equipment purchase. If no terms are present, the standard term of 30 days labor and 90 days parts will apply. All manufacturer’s warranties are at the discretion of said manufacturer.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Complete Comfort may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Mailing Address
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
Complete Comfort may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:
